You will find the Carlton Beach on the beach at the end of the boulevard of Scheveningen, near The Hague. The Carlton Beach Hotel Scheveningen has 183 rooms, most of which have a breathtaking view of the sea. Furthermore there is Carlton Sports Health Center with swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, solarium and fitness room. Its the place to relax and unwind all year round. For the conference guests we have 6 air-conditioned conference rooms, all with views of the sea. The hotel literally borders on the broad sands of the beach with their appeal for sunbathers and walkers. Let yourself be tempted to one of our many grill specialties at our Smugglers Grill. Or, for a different culinary experience, in our restaurant A Fish n Sea. The Carlton Beach in Scheveningen has extended its services on the beach with the Carlton Beachclub. The Carlton Beachclub, open from spring until fall, is situated at the northern part of Scheveningen beach, directly in front of the hotel. With a large terrace, an attractive interior with a fireplace and relaxing sun beds, the Carlton Beachclub is the best place to enjoy a sea view that never bores you. Restaurants: A FISH 'N SEA Do you like a culinary surprise? No traditional cooking anymore, but our Chef de Cuisine, Bob Wardenaar makes creative compositions from daily fresh products. SMUGGLERS GRILL Cozy, informal grill restaurant where you can enjoy our many grill specialties. Both restaurants have beautiful sea view. CARLTON BEACHCLUB According to the season you can enjoy various grilled dishes in our Carlton Beachclub. Another option is to have your own barbecue on the beach and see the sun go down from your sun bed. (Carlton Beachclub is open from spring until fall).

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

The Beach Brasserie is a stylish and cosy restaurant by the sea. It is located right by the dunes and offers a splendid view. Due to special lighting, dining in every atmosphere is possible, an unforgettable experience. Surprise your senses with the creative creations of our Chef. Dining in the Beach Brasserie is equivalent to enjoyment of all different tastes, smells and colors.
If you are more in the mood for fish or meat from the grill, our Smugglers Grill is a definite recommendation. The menu offers many wonderful grill dishes. When you come dine between 17.00 and 19.00 hours, we serve children until 12 years a free childrens menu ( maximum 2 per 2 adults). The Smugglers Grill is open between 17.00 and 23.00 hours.
From March until October we have our own Carlton Beachclub on the beach. The stylish Beachclub is located in front of the Carlton Beach Hotel.
Enjoy the informal and relaxed atmosphere and be surprised by the creations of the chef. Enjoy the sun on the terrace or in the relaxing sun beds by the sea. Watch the sun set with a delicious glass of wine.

By car:
From Amsterdam (and Schiphol), you can follow the A4 and A44 motorways to The Hague and Scheveningen. You enter The Hague via the ?Utrechtsebaan?, which you follow until it ends and you take a right turn at the T-junction (traffic lights) in the direction of Wassenaar. At the next crossing, you take a left turn in the direction of Scheveningen. You then follow the Van Alkemadelaan and the Zwolsestraat until it crosses the Gevers Deynootweg where you take a right turn at the traffic lights. After 300 meters on the left-hand side, you will see the Carlton Beach.
